While interior work is going on inside the addition and garage, our deck crew has been busy outside. We are building a screen porch and deck combination. The porch flooring will be Azek Morado and the railing is Trex Signature in black. The deck flooring is Trex Transcends Tiki Torch and the railing is Trex Transcends in black.

The foundation is in and the addition/garage is framed up. Tyvek house wrap has been installed as well as the windows. 

This project is for a homeowner in Arlington, VA. We are adding a 26’x48′ 2nd story addition that includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a 2-story foyer. This project required the demo and removal of the house roof.
