The foundation is in and the addition/garage is framed up. Tyvek house wrap has been installed as well as the windows. 

This current project for a homeowner in Fairfax is to build a 2-story addition with garage. Below are photos of our progress. We have torn down the existing carport and part of the concrete driveway. Our subcontractors have come in and excavated for the footers and are starting to lay the concrete blocks for the foundation walls.

This project is for a homeowner in Arlington, VA. We are adding a 26’x48′ 2nd story addition that includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a 2-story foyer. This project required the demo and removal of the house roof.

This 21’x26′  two story addition in Alexandria, VA is for a client whom we have done several remodeling jobs for over the years. The progress photos below are a before photo, the addition with plywood up and Tyvek house wrap on.

Post Designers and Builders added a 22’x28′ 2-story addition to this home in Alexandria VA.  The upper level will be a master suite and lower level a great room.
