This Springfield, VA project consists of tearing down an existing patio enclosure and building a 13’x20′ sunroom addition with 14’x24′ deck on the rear of the house in Fairfax County. Sunroom addition is framed up and walls are going up with roof trusses.

We are building a 22’x22′ great room addition in the Great Falls area of Fairfax County, VA. The project is moving along nicely with excavation and footings dug and foundation block work in place.

Post Designers and Builders added a 22’x28′ 2-story addition to this home in Alexandria VA.  The upper level will be a master suite and lower level a great room.
